These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the advertising, automation, landing page, and appointment setting services ("Services") provided by Client Legion ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Eligibility & Authority
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to represent your business to engage our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Scope of Services
Our Services include paid advertising management, marketing automation setup, landing page delivery, and appointment setting for your business. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice to you where practical.
No Guarantees
The Services are provided to support your marketing and lead generation efforts. Nothing within the Services constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Results depend on a wide range of factors including your industry, offer, pricing, and local market conditions, and no specific number of leads, bookings, or sales is guaranteed.
Payments & Commercial Terms
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance as outlined at the time of engagement. All payment obligations must be met to maintain access to the Services. Late or failed payment may result in the suspension of Services until payment is received.
Strategy Calls & Bookings
We hold each booked call exclusively for you and do not double book that time. Please arrive on time, a missed call without notice is treated as a no show and will not automatically be rescheduled, in line with the booking terms you agree to at the time of scheduling.
Intellectual Property
Ad creative, automation workflows, landing pages, and systems built for you remain the property of Client Legion unless otherwise agreed in a separately signed service agreement. Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are set out in that agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat information shared about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where necessary to deliver the Services, such as to advertising platforms or automation tools we use on your behalf.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations regarding guaranteed outcomes from advertising, automation, or appointment setting activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Client Legion for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amounts you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Client Legion from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
Relationship to Other Agreements
Where you have entered into a separately signed service agreement with Client Legion, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
