Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28/09/26

This Privacy Policy explains how Client Legion ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website or submit a form to us. By using this site, you consent to the practices described in this policy. We are based in Perth, Western Australia.

01

A Note on Australian Privacy Law

Client Legion is a small business for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which generally means we currently fall under the small business exemption and are not strictly required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). That said, we have chosen to handle your information in line with the APPs as a matter of good practice, and this policy reflects that approach.

02

Information We Collect

When you submit a form on this website, including our booking and inquiry forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website (if provided), and any details you share about your business, project type, or budget range.

We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit this site, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our pages, through tools like Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and book a strategy call with you, send appointment confirmations and reminders including by SMS if you have consented, understand which of our marketing campaigns are working using aggregated and anonymized data, and improve our services and website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

04

Third Party Services

We use the following third party platforms to run our business and deliver our services, and your information may be processed by them as part of that: GoHighLevel, for customer relationship management, automation, and booking. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising and conversion tracking. Google Calendar, for scheduling your call with us.

If you make a payment to us, we may use a third party payment processor such as Stripe to handle that transaction securely. Payment processors handle your card details directly, we do not store your card information ourselves.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information continues to be handled securely.

05

SMS and Electronic Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will only send non marketing messages related to your inquiry, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. This is in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), which governs consent and unsubscribe requirements for commercial electronic messages in Australia. Your phone number will never be shared with a third party for their own marketing purposes.

06

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services if you become a client, and meet our legal and accounting obligations under Australian law. If you would like your information deleted, contact us using the details below.

07

Your Rights

Even though we currently fall under the small business exemption, we still let you access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. To do this, email us at [email protected].

08

Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including those used by Meta Pixel, to understand site traffic and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

09
